Kathy Quemba is a multi-talented creative with a degree in Arts and Graphic Design based in Miami, known for her skills as an art director, production designer, photographer, and graphic designer. Her passion lies in telling stories and expressing herself through hands-on creations. Ever since she was a child, Kathy has displayed a strong inclination towards creativity, enjoying the process of transforming things and imbuing them with a unique touch to effectively convey messages to people. I feel that in my entire process, it is very important to know how to tell a story and communicate the message that you want to convey to people because the big changes are generated by those small differences that make us different and unique from others.
Through her work in the art department ART THAT KILLS, co-founded with her partner Nico Morales, Kathy undertakes diverse projects encompassing music videos, commercials, editorials, films, and television. The primary goal of their collaborative efforts is to help people see the world from a fresh perspective by exploring various elements such as color, shapes, textures, materials, and other experiences within each space they create. By doing so, they aim to communicate audiovisual ideas in a creative and engaging manner. ART THAT KILLS is not just an art department; it is a community of art, design, and photography enthusiasts who are passionate about crafting impressive and attention-grabbing spaces. Every project they work on has a story to tell, and they use their collective love for art and creativity to bring these stories to life in captivating ways. With their combined efforts and dedication to their craft, Kathy Quemba and Nico Morales aim to leave a lasting impact on the world of visual communication and artistic expression.
